The ZCOMS Film Festival, also known as Nazariya 3.0, is an event organized by the Ziauddin College of Media Sciences (ZCOMS) at Ziauddin University in Pakistan, serving as a platform for young storytellers to showcase their talent through filmmaking. The festival's third edition, Nazariya 3.0, was built around the theme "Roots & Routes," encouraging filmmakers to explore stories of connection, movement, and transformation. It features screenings of short films and documentaries, industry guest contributions, live performances, and award ceremonies.
