The XXXII Międzynarodowy Festiwal Filmów Niezależnych im. Ireneusza Radzia „Publicystyka” (Ireneusz Radź XXXII International Independent Films Festival PUBLICYSTYKA) is an annual film festival held in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland, focusing on independent journalistic films that address contemporary social, cultural, and political issues. Organized by the Kędzierzyn-Koźle Commune for over three decades, it serves as a platform for debutants, young filmmakers, and independent artists from Poland and abroad, promoting both amateur and semi-professional works. The festival typically includes film screenings, meetings with creators, workshops, exhibitions, and concerts, and is held under the patronage of the World Union of Independent Cinema (UNICA). Films are screened in categories for Polish amateur films, Polish student films, and foreign films, with a maximum projection time of 20 minutes and a requirement for English subtitles for non-Polish entries.
