The Walla Walla Movie Crush Film Festival is an annual event held in Walla Walla, Washington, dedicated to showcasing American short films. The festival, co-founded by Artistic Director Warren Etheredge and Executive Director Nancy Dragun, presents approximately 100 short films over three days, typically in July, at the Gesa Power House Theatre. Films are curated into hour-long thematic blocks, encompassing narratives, animation, documentaries, and music videos. The Walla Walla Movie Crush has been recognized by Moviemaker Magazine as one of the "25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World." A portion of its proceeds benefits The Red Badge Project, an organization supporting veterans.
