The Southern Producers Lab is an 18-month professional development program for emerging, diverse producers from across the American South, produced and presented by the New Orleans Film Society. The program includes industry mentorship, peer support, and a multi-day intensive lab featuring workshops, panels, and networking opportunities, covering aspects such as funding, distribution, and festival strategy. Participants receive an unrestricted grant and the opportunity to convene at the New Orleans Film Festival and other regional festivals or conferences.
