Southern Exposure Lab is a film fellowship program hosted by the Alabama Rivers Alliance that brings emerging filmmakers to Alabama to create short documentary films about the state's natural resources and environmental issues. This innovative summer fellowship provides participants with the skills, equipment, and knowledge to produce engaging films aimed at raising public awareness about environmental topics. Films created through the Southern Exposure program are frequently selected for screening at juried film festivals nationwide.
