The Smaragdni Eco Film Festival (SEFF) is a unique, traveling ecological film festival based in Croatia, which showcases independent animation, feature, and short films with an ecological focus. Established over a decade ago, SEFF is known for its "Emerald Tour" where its international team travels by bicycle to various rural and urban locations across Croatia and into Bosnia and Herzegovina to screen films and promote environmental awareness through educational content. The festival aims to raise public ecological awareness and has grown into an internationally recognized event, receiving hundreds of film submissions annually. The 2025 edition is scheduled to take place in Hrvatska Kostajnica, Croatia.
