The Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards, often referred to as the Rondo Award, is an annual accolade established in 2002 to honor achievements in journalism, scholarship, and film preservation within the horror genre, with a particular focus on classic horror films and their contemporary counterparts. Named after the 1940s B-movie actor Rondo Hatton, the awards originated at the Classic Horror Film Board and are decided by an open public vote. Unlike many other awards, the Rondo Awards are fan-based and recognize works across various categories, including best film, television presentation, Blu-ray releases, books, and magazines.
