The Queer City Cinema Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, dedicated to presenting LGBTQ film and media art. Established in 1996 by Gary Varro, the festival screens a diverse program of international, national, and local films, including shorts, documentaries, animation, and experimental works, with an emphasis on QTBIPOC content. It often runs concurrently with Performatorium, a festival of queer performance art, and also organizes a touring LGBTQ film minifestival across other Canadian cities.
