The Peaberry Film Festival is a nonprofit arts organization that celebrates independent cinema in North Georgia. Held annually at the historic Canton Theatre, the festival showcases local and international films, fosters community engagement, and supports emerging filmmakers through student showcases, public health and environmental film blocks, and inclusive programming. The event, which began as a continuation of the Etowah Film Festival, features in-person screenings, filmmaker travel support, and opportunities for networking and audience interaction.
