The Odesa International Film Festival (OIFF) is an annual film festival founded in 2010, recognized as one of the largest publicly attended film festivals in Eastern Europe. Originally held in Odesa, Ukraine, its primary goals include popularizing high-level intellectual films among Ukrainian audiences and supporting the development of Ukrainian cinema both domestically and internationally. The festival features International, National, and European Documentary competition programs, with the audience awarding the Grand Prix, known as the "Golden Duke." Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the festival has temporarily relocated, holding its 2023 edition in Chernivtsi and its 2024 edition in Kyiv for safety considerations.
