The New Black Film Collective (TNBFC) is a nationwide network of film exhibitors, educators, and programmers established in 2013, dedicated to championing Black representation on screen within the UK's film industry. The collective organizes several key events, including the annual TNB XPO, which showcases Black excellence and promotes diversity across film, television, animation, and gaming through screenings, pitches, panels, and workshops. Additionally, TNBFC relaunched the PictureEast Film Festival, a community-focused event celebrating East London's diverse communities through film, offering a platform for local artists and filmmakers. Their activities also include a regular film club, an annual Black History Month program, and co-founding S.O.U.L. Fest at BFI Southbank.
