The Mostra Internacional de Cinema de São Paulo, also known internationally as Mostra, is an annual non-profit film festival held in São Paulo, Brazil. Founded in 1977 by film critic Leon Cakoff to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP), it is organized by the Associação Brasileira Mostra Internacional de Cinema (ABMIC). The festival traditionally takes place in October and is recognized for influencing generations of Brazilian filmmakers.
