Job Film Days (JFD) is an international film festival held in Turin, Italy, dedicated to exploring the themes of labor and workers' rights through cinema. Founded in 2020 to mark the 50th anniversary of Italy's Workers' Statute, Law 300 of May 1970, the festival is organized by the Job Film Days ETS Association and directed by Annalisa Lantermo. Its primary objective is to promote cultural initiatives that address work-related topics, emphasizing rights, legality, equal opportunities, and workplace health and safety. The festival features screenings across competitive and non-competitive sections, alongside special events, masterclasses, debates, and encounters. Competitive sections include awards such as the "Lavoro 2025" International Film Award, "Job for the Future 2025," and the "Decent Work For All – 2025" Award.
