Job Film Days (JFD) is an international film festival based in Turin, Italy, dedicated to themes of labor and workers' rights. Established in 2020 to mark the 50th anniversary of Italy's Workers' Statute, the festival is organized by the Job Film Days ETS Association and directed by Annalisa Lantermo. It aims to promote cultural initiatives that explore work through cinema, with a focus on rights, legality, equal opportunities, and workplace safety. The festival features competitive and non-competitive sections, screenings, special events, masterclasses, debates, and awards for various film categories, including those for young directors from the European Union and low- and middle-income countries. The sixth edition is scheduled to take place in Turin from September 30 to October 5, 2025.
