Islantilla Cineforum, also known as the Islantilla International Under the Moon Film Festival, is an annual film festival held in Islantilla, Spain. Established in 2008, the festival showcases feature films and short films from around the world, with a focus on independent cinema. It takes place during July and August, featuring outdoor screenings, round-table discussions, exhibitions, and special events. The festival culminates in a Closing Gala where the Luna de Islantilla awards are presented. Organized by the Islantilla Association of Municipalities, it has become a benchmark for independent cinema, blending film, beach culture, and Andalusian heritage.
