The Festival Internacional de Cine de Entre Ríos (FICER) is an international film festival held in the province of Entre Ríos, Argentina, with its primary location in Paraná and additional venues across the province. It features competitive sections for Argentine feature films and Entre Ríos short films, alongside international film selections, special screenings for children, and various activities and workshops. The festival also includes a Regional Audiovisual Market and the FICER Forum, which supports emerging filmmakers and promotes audiovisual co-production. Organized by the Government of Entre Ríos through its Secretariat of Culture and the Autonomous Audiovisual Institute of Entre Ríos (IAAER), FICER has established itself as a significant cultural event for both the local community and the broader Argentine cinema industry.
