The Festival de Cortos Ciudad de Alcobendas is an annual short film festival held in Alcobendas, Spain, organized by the Asociación Locos por el Cine. Now in its second edition in 2025, the festival aims to promote and showcase new authors in the audiovisual sector, fostering cinematic creativity as a form of cultural expression. It features competitive sections including an Official Section, a Special Sports-themed Section (integrated with Alcobendas as European City of Sport 2025), and a Local Authors Section. Awards are presented with a distinctive "Menina" trophy across various categories such as Best Short Film, Best Direction, Best Interpretation, Best Screenplay, and Audience Award.
