The Festival de cinéma de Douarnenez is an annual film festival established in 1978 in Douarnenez, France. The festival's primary objective is to showcase films by and about minoritized and/or minority peoples who are striving to preserve their cultures, languages, and identities. It typically takes place in the last week of August, transforming the city into a hub for cinema enthusiasts and focusing on a different cultural minority each year. The 2025 edition, its 47th, will be dedicated to the peoples of Amazonia.
