FEMINA - Festival Internacional de Cinema Feminino is a competitive film festival dedicated to works directed by women (cis and trans) and non-binary individuals, held annually in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Established in 2004, it holds the distinction of being the first event of its kind in Brazil and Latin America. The festival aims to promote films by women, broaden their visibility, facilitate an exchange between Brazilian and international productions, and encourage critical discussion on gender issues.
