The Farm to Film Fest is an international film festival held annually in Washington, Iowa. The festival was organized in 2022 to honor and pay tribute to the local history of the State Theatre, recognized as the world's oldest continuously operating cinema, and the Brinton Films, while also promoting the arts in Washington. Its mission is to engage and entertain audiences through film and inspire thought-provoking conversation. Despite its name, the festival showcases a diverse range of high-quality cinema from filmmakers worldwide, spanning genres beyond agriculture, such as comedy, action, animation, and social commentary. Attendance to the festival is free.
