The DYTIATKO International Children's Media Festival is an annual event founded by the Kharkiv Regional Council in Ukraine in 2009. Its mission is to discover and support children's and youth studios and clubs involved in cinema and television creativity, to foster talented children, and to develop children's and youth cinema and television in Ukraine. The festival aims to establish contacts among studios, facilitate experience exchange, and present outstanding works and projects from various countries to the public. It includes both international and national competitive programs across categories such as fiction films, documentaries, animated films, and television programs created by children's studios or for children. The festival awards prizes for various achievements, including best director, cameraman, and TV host, and also presents the CIFEJ Prize (International Center of Films for Children and Youth).
