CPH:DOX, also known as the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival, is a prominent film festival held annually in Copenhagen, Denmark, and other Danish cities. Founded in 2002, it has grown to become one of the largest and most important documentary film festivals globally, showcasing over 200 films from around the world. The festival is dedicated to supporting independent and innovative filmmaking, presenting contemporary non-fiction, art cinema, and experimental films, often bridging disciplines between cinema and other media. In addition to screenings and its main DOX:AWARD competition, CPH:DOX also hosts various industry activities, talks, exhibitions, and talent development workshops.
