Cine CRCE is an annual intercollegiate short film festival organized by Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering. The festival challenges student filmmakers across India to create short films within a 75-hour timeframe, from concept to final cut. It features a prize pool of over INR 60,000 and culminates in a screening and awards ceremony at the Samvaad Auditorium in Bandra. The event aims to foster creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence in student filmmaking.
