The Brisbane International Film Festival (BIFF) is an annual film festival held in Brisbane, Australia, and is organized by the Screen Culture unit at Screen Queensland. Established in 1992, BIFF showcases a diverse program of features, documentaries, shorts, independent, experimental, retrospective, animation, and children's films from Australia and around the globe. The festival also features events such as opening and closing night celebrations, special screenings, seminars, Q&A sessions, and awards ceremonies. After being replaced by the Brisbane Asia Pacific Film Festival for a period, BIFF was revived in 2017.
