The Arts Lumiere Indonesia Festival is a film festival initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia as an effort in cultural diplomacy through cinema. Scheduled to take place in Jakarta, the festival features the "Muslim World Movie Screening" showcasing approximately 45 feature and short films from 16 member countries of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The event, which includes film screenings and discussions with filmmakers and academics, aims to promote peace and humanitarian messages and foster cultural collaboration among Muslim-majority nations.
