Set to debut in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, from March 17 to 22, 2026, the festival aims to celebrate diverse voices in cinema, foster meaningful connections between creators and audiences, and showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Caribbean and African diaspora through immersive experiences. Founded by Anthony Page, the festival emphasizes research, audience engagement, and technology, with a focus on empowering bold storytelling, cultural expression, and innovative tech integration. It also features the Dandelion Institute Film and Television Fellowship, supporting emerging filmmakers from underrepresented regions.
