The Adana Altın Koza Film Festivali (Adana Golden Boll Film Festival) is an international film festival held annually in Adana, Turkey, organized by the Adana Metropolitan Municipality. The festival awards "Altın Koza" (Golden Boll) statuettes to selected films, filmmakers, and actors. It has a significant history, having been held five times between 1969 and 1974, and then continuously every year since 2005. While primarily focusing on Turkish cinema, the festival has broadened its scope to an international dimension since 2006, including sections like "World Cinema" and "Mediterranean Film Selection," along with an "International Short Film Competition for Mediterranean Countries." Beyond film screenings, the event also hosts various cultural activities such as exhibitions, talks, and panels.
