The 29º Festival Internacional de Curtas Metragens de São Paulo, also known as Curta Kinoforum, is one of the largest and most traditional short film events globally, held in São Paulo, Brazil. The 29th edition took place from August 22 to September 2, 2018, featuring 323 films from 53 countries, exhibited for free in various cinemas and cultural centers across the city. Organized by the Associação Cultural Kinoforum and directed by Zita Carvalhosa, the festival is a significant cultural event in São Paulo's agenda, offering a broad and diverse program, including international, Latin American, and Brazilian showcases, special programs, and parallel activities such as debates and workshops.
