The Festival Kinoarte de Cinema is an annual film event held in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil, recognized as the oldest audiovisual event in the state. The 25th edition in 2023 celebrated 25 years of the festival and 20 years of the Kinoarte Institute. It features various competitive sections for short films, including the Mostra Paranaense, alongside Ibero-American, National, and Londrinense categories, aiming to disseminate Brazilian cinema and highlight recent productions. The festival receives hundreds of film submissions and awards winning films in categories such as Best Film, Direction, Screenplay, Art, Photography, Sound, and Editing.
