The 13th Indian Cine Film Festival, organized by Miniboxoffice, is an international film festival held in Mumbai, India, with roots dating back almost a decade in northern India, having been launched in Meerut and successfully concluded in Noida with participation from around 18 countries. The festival aims to give momentum to independent cinema by creating a platform for the meeting, sharing, and development of cinematic ideas, and it includes international competitive film screenings, a film market, and industry-oriented master classes and discussions.
