The 10th Smita Patil International Film Festival, also known as the Smita Patil Documentary and Short Film Festival, took place in Pune on January 6 and 7, 2024. The festival featured 46 short films from 21 countries, including works by young and inclusive filmmakers. Notable screenings included "Water-dimensions of purity" by Sagar Minde, "Fantasy Parks" by Ardehl Nainan, and "Men in Blue" by Sachin Dheeraj. The event, held at the National Film Archives of India, celebrated diverse voices and stories, including queer narratives and films that have toured global festivals.
