The Festival Internacional de Curtmetratges de Vila-seca (FICVI) is an international short film festival held annually in Vila-seca, Spain. Founded in 2016 by the Municipal Tourism Board of Vila-seca, the festival aims to promote and disseminate quality short films. It holds significant recognition, collaborating with the Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas de España in the preselection of short films for the Goya Awards in fiction and animation categories. The 10th edition, scheduled from October 17 to 26, 2025, at the Celler de Vila-seca, will feature Agustí Argelich as its new artistic director and showcase a selection of short films from numerous countries. The festival includes an Official Section for all audiences and a FICVI Jove section catering to educational centers and young viewers.
